How it works

Planning from abroad, without the worry.

From your first message to the last song. You enjoy the journey, we take care of the rest.

Seven steps

Notice how short the “you” column is.

That’s the point. Here’s what working with us looks like, from your first message to the last song.

You

Us

01

Tell us about your day

Send us the espresso or the long Greek lunch, or say hello in the live chat.

We read every word and reply personally, within one working day (48 hours from May to October).

02

Your tailored proposal

Read it, ask anything, dream a little.

We design a proposal around your venue, your guests and your vision. Whenever it helps, we talk it through on a call, at a time that suits you, wherever you are in the world.

03

Booking

Confirm and sign your agreement. It’s quick and simple.

Your date is reserved for you, along with the crew and equipment that come with it.

04

Designing your night

Share your ideas, your music and the moments that matter to you, at your own pace.

This is where the journey really begins. Together we shape the celebration you’ll live: the music, the light, the atmosphere, every moment. Behind the scenes, we work out the technical plans, power, logistics and travel with your planner and your venue. Chances are we already know your venue. If not, we will have walked it before your wedding: every winter we travel to the islands on site inspection trips, photographing venues and measuring every side and every step.

05

The days before

Read our recap. Then relax.

We send you a short recap of everything we’ve agreed, so nothing is left to chance. Then we load, travel, catch the ferries and arrive hours ahead. Everything is set up, tested, and backed up twice.

06

The day

Celebrate.

We operate everything live, work hand in hand with your planner, and stay out of sight.

07

After the last song

Keep the memories.

We pack up quietly, long after the last guest has gone to bed.

Off your list

Things you’ll never have to think about.

Planning a wedding from abroad comes with a long list of worries. These ones are ours now.

  • Ferry timetables
  • Power at the venue
  • Setup and teardown
  • Cables and rigging
  • Timings and cues
  • Language barriers
  • Backup equipment
  • Coordinating suppliers

Working with a planner?

Even better. We’ll talk to them directly.

You won’t have to be the go-between. We coordinate timings, technical details and logistics with your planner and your venue, and keep you in the loop on the decisions that matter.

The little things

Details nobody asks for. We think of them anyway.

Big productions are built on small decisions. Here are a few you might never notice, and that is exactly the point.

Your phone, fully charged

Every wedding has someone at 2% just before the sparklers. We bring a charging station for phones (and yes, vapes too), so nobody has to ask the DJ.

Radios, not raised voices

Our crew talks through discreet radios and earpieces. You will never hear us calling across your venue.

A little something for you

Every couple receives a small gift from us after the wedding: something to keep the night close. Coming in 2027.

No price list. Just your wedding.

Every celebration we produce is designed from scratch, and so is every proposal. Tell us about your day, and we’ll build an offer around your venue, your vision and your scale.
