Ok! Here we need to confess that we struggled a little bit. In particular, we have been struggling to find the right words to describe a wedding like this. Besides, we do not do Jordanian weddings in Naxos every day. As a result, that itself made us to look so forward to it, so we can’t help ourselves from sharing our experience from it.

As always, the story starts with an email. It was Ziad (the groom) who approached us and made clear from the very beginning one single thing. Music and the DJ was for him the most essential thing on his wedding. Oh! my friend! We loved this guy right away. And we were not wrong. Ziad is a TV producer, therefore he knew very well how the whole project will work. On the other hand, we had Alex (the bride). Nothing on this girl showed that she was the bride that evening. And we say that about her looseness. We have seen many brides. So relaxed brides though like Alex, just a very few. Really few.

The briefing was also clear. A destination wedding in Naxos that would gather 100 guests from every single corner of the globe. That’s a good challenge we have to admit. Multi-cultural weddings are always beautifully challenging somehow. After Ziad made sure he had found the DJ he needed for his wedding in Naxos, he brought us in touch with the rest of the dream team he had gathered. It was right there that it started to get really unbelievable. A remarkable team of beloved and truly talented professionals and friends that we deeply appreciate and enjoy so much to work with.

Everything was planned to perfection. For instance, the romantic ceremony on a remote beach (powered by a portable generator by the way), traditional zaffe for the arrival of the groom and a tremendous after party. In other words all dimensions of this wedding were definitely at their best. And believe us. We not exaggerate at all.

In conclusion, the party is definitely among the highlights. In addition to the unique Oriental touch from Melodyma, we also played a large role in it. Our talented Elias (learn more about him here) gave a large recital by moving into some serious RnB tunes both in Mainstream and old school steps. Also, some Twerk, Trap and Disco/ Rock sounds were such an amazing closure, that such a night surely deserves it.
